About Me
I am a product owner and designer at American Family Insurance. Prior to joining American Family in 2017, I worked in design, digital marketing and communications at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and served as an executive board member for the Collegiate Information & Visitor Services Association.
As a designer, I enjoy the process of discovering new challenges and developing unique solutions to complex problems. As a champion for the user, I translate customer insights and behaviors into thoughtful strategies and meaningful moments. Guided by a user centered-design process, I deliver a customer-focused product experience. I thrive in a work environment that values collaboration, allows for creative freedom and respects diversity of thought.
